I have lived for many years in England but some unknown force made me return home again. It seems the most natural thing.
I have this innate desire to paint, the way that bees live their whole lives collecting honey. I often spend time in my studio and disappear from this world for a while.
Painting is like writing poetry because I feel as if I am squeezing the essence out of this life. Ihave to observe, contemplate, and digest as work progresses.
I often paint flowers because Flowers reveal to me so much about colour, shape, texture, scent, poise, and definitely many more wonders that I seek to discover. Flowers possess so many fascinating secrets. Like all of us !!
I would like to make my message as simple as these flowers which exist without need of explanation.
It is my great pleasure to share this exhibition with you.

私は、長い間イギリスに住んでいますが、何か見えない力が再び私を故郷に戻すようです。それはとても自然な事に思えます。
蜂が生涯せっせと蜜を集めるように、いつも描いていたい欲求を私は生まれながらに持ち合わせているようです。よく自分のアトリエにこもり、しばらくこの世から居なくなってしまいます。
絵を描く事は詩を書くのに似ています。この与えられた命（生命）からエッセンス（本質）だけを搾り出しているみたいです。テーマをじっと観察し、集中し、理解して吸収しなければなりません。
花の絵をよく描きますが、花は色、形、肌触り、におい、つり合いについてはもちろんの事、私が探し続けて止まない偉大な不思議（奇跡）を見せてくれます。花は沢山の素晴らしい秘密を所有しているようです。 きっと私達一人ひとりもそうでしょう！！
花が説明なしで存在しているように、私のメッセージもシンプルにしたい。 この展覧会を皆様と分かち合える事を嬉しく思います。
ギャラリージクウ22より、この機会を与えて下さった事を感謝し、そして関心を寄せ、支援と励ましをくださる皆様に心よりお礼申し上げます。
