長野の四季

琉泊色に輝く光

のんびりと大らかに流れる千曲川、

北アルプスに源を発する川、

そして四方の山なみから流れてくる透明な風、

山と川が織りなす自然は

この美しい田園風景をつくりあげたのでしょう。

私は、春夏秋冬　長野市を訪れるたびに、

この大らかで優しく美しい光に感動し心が、震えます。

山と川によって生まれたこの美しい光を描いてみました。

Four Seasons in Nagano

Sunshine falls and reflects flickeringly over the Chikuma River，

which rises deep in the Northern Alps，winds its course here，

flowing slowly and spaciously，shining like amber in the sun，

on whose bosom touch the transparent breeze sent down

from tops of the surrounding mountains;

These elements fused into Nature of Nagano City

have produced a beautiful landscape of Nagano City.

Whenever I visit Nagano City，in spring，summer，fall and winter，

I feel touched and moved by the luminous space and clear light，

and my heart responds to it overjoyed.

This work was produced through my impression of mountains

and the river in Nagano City.
